Need Based Scholarship Program

Be Momentum's need-based dance scholarships are offered 3 times a year.  For the Fall semester (September to December), Spring semester (January to May), and Summer semester (towards a week of summer camp offered in June-August).  The number of scholarships awarded is based on the amount of money raised through fundraising events.

A scholarship is defined as attending one weekly dance class of choice at their preferred dance studio that is located in Southern Santa Barbara County.  The scholarships are need-based to allow children with financial challenges to enjoy the benefits of dance education as an extracurricular activity.  It is widely understood that dance is a costly activity for kids to participate in.
